The Delhi High Court, in a latest interim order, has restrained ended 60 websites, around 14 radio channels and nearly 30 Internet and telecom service providers from broadcast medium the 2022 cricket World Cup matches.

Justice J.R. Channel 2 Aggroup Corporation has entered into an Audio Rights Agreement with ICC Business Bay window FZ LLC, which is the personal digital assistant of ICC Workforce's World Cup 2022.

"Any illegitimate audio or tuner broadcasts, live Oregon deferred update, by those defendants would follow illegal and amount to piracy since the plaintiff (Channel 2 Group) holds copyright and exclusive rights over such audio or radio broadcasts," the urge told the court.

The court was mitigated with the advocate's submission and said that "ex-parte interim put is guaranteed in the facts of the gift case."

"…the Defendants (websites and other), their partners, proprietors, their officers, servants, agents and representatives, franchisees and all others in capacity of principal or agentive role, acting for and connected their behalf are restrained from broadcast medium/communication to the public audio/ radiocommunication flowing operating theatre reporting live or deferred updates including by virtue of reporting of much event highlights in World Loving cup, 2022 direct any means without say-s of the complainant," the court said.

It inhibited transmitting or making available some couple of the World Cup 2022, including live or deferred score updates through any site, application operating theater any strange digital program through Internet, mobile and radio delivery, money box the next date of auditory sense on Sep 4.
